District Health Board definition

District Health Board. (DHB) means an organisation established as a District Health Board under Section 15 of the NZ Public Health and Disability Xxx 0000.

Employer means the relevant DHB employing the particular employee. Fortnight means the 14 days commencing midnight Sunday/Monday. When the major part of a shift falls on a particular day the whole shift shall be regarded as being worked on that day. Full time employee means an employee who works not less than the ordinary or normal working hours set under the hours of work clause in this Agreement.
