Disputed Distribution Claims Reserve definition

Disputed Distribution Claims Reserve means the reserve, if any, to be established by the Applicant, which shall be comprised of the following:
Disputed Distribution Claims Reserve means the reserve, if any, to be established by the Applicant on the Implementation Date, which shall be comprised of the Unsecured Creditor Common Shares that would have been delivered in respect of Disputed Distribution Claims if such Disputed Distribution Claims had been Allowed Claims as of such date;
Disputed Distribution Claims Reserve means the reserve, if any, to be established by the Applicants and to be held in a segregated account by the Monitor, which reserve shall be comprised of an amount reserved on the Plan Implementation Date equal to the Aggregate Disputed Claims Potential Payable Amount in respect of Affected Landlord Claims that are Disputed Distribution Claims as at the Plan Implementation Date.

  • The first set includes problems of how two or more separate parties each with private data, may compute some function of the union of their data without having to reveal it.

More Definitions of Disputed Distribution Claims Reserve

Disputed Distribution Claims Reserve means the reserve, if any, to be established by the Applicant on the Unsecured Promissory Note Maturity Date, which shall be comprised of the Unsecured Promissory Note Proceeds that would have been paid in respect of Unsecured Promissory Note Entitlements, if such Disputed Distribution Claims had been Allowed Claims as of such date.
Disputed Distribution Claims Reserve means the reserve, if any, to be established by the Applicants on the Plan Implementation Date, which shall be comprised of the consideration that would have been paid to holders of Disputed Distribution Claims if such Disputed Distribution Claims had been Allowed Claims as of such date and which shall be acceptable to the Applicants, the Monitor and the Majority Initial Consenting Noteholders.

Related to Disputed Distribution Claims Reserve

  • Disputed Claims Reserve means a reserve of Cash that may be funded on or after the Effective Date pursuant to Article VII.E hereof.

  • Disputed Claim means any Claim that is not Allowed.

  • Dissolution Distribution Amount means the Trustee Call Amount, the Capital Event Redemption Amount or the Tax Event Redemption Amount, as the case may be, or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be determined in accordance with these Conditions;

  • Settlement Class Members means a member of a Settlement Class.

  • Unresolved Claims shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(b).

  • Settlement Class means, in respect of each Proceeding, the settlement class defined in Schedule A.

  • Unresolved Claim means a Claim, which at the relevant time, in whole or in part: (a) has not been Finally Determined to be a Proven Claim in accordance with the Amended Claims Procedure Order and this Plan; (b) is validly disputed in accordance with the Amended Claims Procedure Order; and/or (c) remains subject to review and for which a Notice of Allowance or Notice of Revision or Disallowance (each as defined in the Amended Claims Procedure Order) has not been issued to the Creditor in accordance with the Amended Claims Procedure Order as at the date of this Plan, in each of the foregoing clauses, including both as to proof and/or quantum;

  • Settlement Classes means all Persons included in the Electrolytic Settlement Classes and the Film Settlement Classes.

  • Settlement Class Period means the period from and including January 1, 2000 through July 20, 2021.

  • Main Distribution Frame (MDF) is termination frame for outside facility and inter-exchange office equipment at the central office for DS-0 and DSL services.

  • Disputed Amount means an amount which Customer disputes. A Disputed Amount may relate to the whole or part of an invoice(s).

  • Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;

  • Disallowed Claim means (a) a Claim, or any portion thereof, that has been disallowed by a Final Order or a settlement, (b) a Claim or any portion thereof that is Scheduled at zero or as contingent, disputed, or unliquidated and as to which a proof of claim bar date has been established but no proof of claim has been timely filed or deemed timely filed with the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to either the Bankruptcy Code or any Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court or otherwise deemed timely filed under applicable law, or (c) a Claim or any portion thereof that is not Scheduled and as to which a proof of claim bar date has been established but no proof of claim has been timely filed or deemed timely filed with the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to either the Bankruptcy Code or any Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court or otherwise deemed timely filed under applicable law.

  • Settlement Class Member means a member of a Settlement Class.

  • Pool Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the excess of (a) the sum of (i) the aggregate of (A) the interest portion of any Monthly Payment on a Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group (net of the Servicing Fee) and the principal portion of any Monthly Payment on a Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group due on the Due Date in the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and which is received prior to the related Determination Date (or in the case of any Monthly Covered Amount, the related Remittance Date) and (B) all Periodic Advances and payments of Compensating Interest made by the Servicer in respect of such Loan Group and Distribution Date deposited to the Servicer Custodial Account pursuant to Section 3.08(b)(vii); (ii) all Liquidation Proceeds received on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group during the preceding calendar month and deposited to the Servicer Custodial Account pursuant to Section 3.08(b)(iii); (iii) all Principal Prepayments (other than Total Covered Amounts) received on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group during the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date and deposited to the Servicer Custodial Account pursuant to Section 3.08(b)(i) during such period and all Total Covered Amounts received and deposited in the Servicer Custodial Account by the related Remittance Date; (iv) in connection with Defective Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group or Converted Mortgage Loans, as applicable, the aggregate of the Repurchase Prices and Substitution Adjustment Amounts deposited on the related Remittance Date pursuant to Section 3.08(b)(vi); (v) any other amounts in the Servicer Custodial Account deposited therein pursuant to Sections 3.08(b)(iv), (v) and (ix) in respect of such Distribution Date and such Loan Group; (vi) any Reimbursement Amount required to be included pursuant to Section 5.02(a) and (vii) any Recovery with respect to such Distribution Date over (b) any (i) amounts permitted to be withdrawn from the Servicer Custodial Account pursuant to clauses (i) through (vii), inclusive, of Section 3.11(a) in respect of such Loan Group and (ii) amounts permitted to be withdrawn from the Certificate Account pursuant to clauses (i) and (ii) of Section 3.11(b) in respect of such Loan Group.

  • Claims Objection Bar Date means the deadline for objecting to a Claim, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be specifically fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Bankruptcy Court for objecting to Claims.

  • Distribution Determination Date means, in respect of any Distribution Period, that number of business days prior thereto as is set out in the applicable Pricing Supplement or on the face of the relevant Perpetual Security;

  • Final Distribution Date The Distribution Date on which the final distribution in respect of the Certificates is made pursuant to Section 9.01.

  • Assumed Final Distribution Date The Distribution Date occurring in November 2035.
