Disputed Amount definition

Disputed Amount means an amount which Customer disputes. A Disputed Amount may relate to the whole or part of an invoice(s).
Disputed Amount has the meaning given to it in Clause 8.4.1;
Disputed Amount means with respect to a particular Disputed Claim, that amount which is equal to the difference, if any, between the Face Amount of such Claim and the amount, if any, of such Claim which the party objecting thereto concedes.

  • The Independent Accountant shall only decide the specific items under dispute by the parties and their decision for each Disputed Amount must be within the range of values assigned to each such item in the Closing Statement and the Statement of Objections, respectively.

More Definitions of Disputed Amount

Disputed Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b)(3)(C).
