DIRECTV Frequencies means the DBS operating frequencies associated with the 101. West Longitude orbital location, for which an Affiliated Company of DIRECTV is the FCC-authorized permittee.

DIRECTV Frequencies means the DBS operating frequencies associated with an orbital location or locations, for which Affiliate or an Affiliated Company (as defined in Section 8(a) below) is the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC")-authorized permittee.
