DBS service definition

DBS service means a television broadcasting service provided by means of the technique known as direct broadcasting by satellite or DBS;
DBS service means direct-to-home video services provided to residential and/or commercial subscribers ***
DBS service means any such additional television broadcasting service as is referred to in subsection (1) above;

Examples of DBS service in a sentence

  • Nothing herein shall be construed to grant Contractor any right or authority to sell, solicit or take orders for DIRECTV’s DBS service, or otherwise act as a sales agent or an agent of DIRECTV, or sell or rent a DIRECTV System either on its own behalf or on behalf of DIRECTV.
