Director of Public Employment definition

Director of Public Employment or "DPE" means the office established under Chapter 6 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002.
Director of Public Employment means the employer of the staff of the Public Service for the purpose of industrial proceedings as defined by section 129 of the Act.

  • Employee means an employee of the Contractor directly engaged in the performance of work under the contract who has other than a minimal impact or involvement in contract performance.
