Director of Agriculture definition

Director of Agriculture means the person for the time being holding the office of Director of Agriculture or acting in that office or any office in substitution of that office in the Public Service of the said State;
Director of Agriculture means an officer appointed by the State Government to be the Director of Agriculture and includes every person who for the time being performs the duties of the office;
Director of Agriculture or "Director" means the Director of the Illinois Department of Agriculture.
