Directed Growth Plan definition

Directed Growth Plan means a plan developed by the Educator and the Evaluator of one school year or less for Educators with PTS who are rated needs improvement.
Directed Growth Plan means a plan developed by the Administrator and the Evaluator of one school year or less for Experienced Administrators who are rated needs improvement.
Directed Growth Plan means a plan developed by the Educator for one or two school years for Educators with PTS who are rated proficient or exemplary.

  • The Educator whose overall rating is needs improvement must be observed according to the Directed Growth Plan during the period of Plan which must include at least two unannounced observations.

More Definitions of Directed Growth Plan

Directed Growth Plan means a plan developed by the Educator and the Evaluator of no fewer than 90 school days and no more than one school year for Educators with PTS who are rated needs improvement.
Directed Growth Plan means a plan developed by the Educator and the Evaluator of one school year but not less than 90 instructional days for Educators with PTS who are rated needs improvement. Teachers who successfully complete a Directed Growth Plan shall be placed on a Self-Directed Growth Plan in the next cycle. If by June 1st, the Educator does not receive a rating of proficient or exemplary, he or she shall be rated unsatisfactory and shall be placed on an Improvement Plan for the next academic year.
