Company Credit Agreement definition

Company Credit Agreement means the Credit Agreement dated as of August 2, 2013 by and among the Company, PMC-Sierra US, Inc., Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, and the lenders from time to time party thereto (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time).
Company Credit Agreement means the Credit Agreement, dated as of December 27, 2013, among the Company and the parties thereto, as such agreement may from time to time be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, and all pledge, security and other agreements and documents related thereto.
