Designated Processing Facility definition

Designated Processing Facility means one of the off-site facilities designated by the Authority as the location(s) for processing of Construction and Demolition Debris, Plant Materials, Organics and other fractions of the waste stream delivered to the Shoreway Center not delivered to the Designated Disposal Site.
Designated Processing Facility means any properly licensed and permitted plant or site used for the purpose of sorting, cleansing, treating, reconstituting, Processing, and marketing Recyclable and/or Organic Materials, which has been arranged by Franchisee after consultation with City.

Designated Processing Facility means the Contractor’s physical location at which Organic Material under this Contract shall be processed.
