Designated Aircraft definition

Designated Aircraft means the “Aircraft” as defined in the Mortgage.
Designated Aircraft means the Airbus A320-200 aircraft with manufacturer’s serial number 6935, scheduled to be delivered under the Purchase Agreement in January 2016.
Designated Aircraft means the Airbus A320-200 aircraft with manufacturer’s serial number 7063, scheduled to be delivered under the Purchase Agreement in April 2016.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, if any Change in Law or Illegality Event shall make it unlawful for any Loan Participant to maintain its Commitment or its portion of the Loans in respect of the Designated Aircraft, then the affected Loan Participant shall deliver to the Borrower and the Security Trustee a written certification describing in reasonable detail the events giving rise to such unlawfulness.

More Definitions of Designated Aircraft

Designated Aircraft means each of the two Airbus A320-200 aircraft identified as follows: (i) manufacturer’s serial number 7138 with FAA registration No. N364VA, scheduled to be delivered to the Owner under the Purchase Agreement in May 2016; and (ii) manufacturer’s serial number 7207 with FAA registration No. N365VA, scheduled to be delivered to the Owner under the Purchase Agreement in June 2016 (such months, in each case, being the “Scheduled Delivery Month” for such Designated Aircraft). Such serial numbers and FAA registration numbers are subject to change.
Designated Aircraft means the Airbus A330-200 aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial number 1259 and FAA registration No. N384HA, being delivered to the Borrower under the Aircraft Purchase Agreement. From and after the Delivery Date of such aircraft, the term “Designated Aircraft” shall mean the “Aircraft” as defined in the Mortgage.
Designated Aircraft means the aircraft identified by Southwest on which the Broadband System will be installed.
Designated Aircraft means the Boeing 717-200 aircraft set forth on Schedule I hereto, being one of the aircraft acquired by the Borrower under the Aircraft Purchase Agreement. From and after the Delivery Date of such aircraft, the term “Designated Aircraft” shall mean the “Aircraft” as defined in the Mortgage.
