LESSEE at its expense will return the Aircraft, Engines, Parts and Aircraft Documentation to LESSOR at Indianapolis International Airport, Indianapolis, Indiana or to such other airport as may be mutually agreed to by LESSEE and LESSOR.
Lessee, at its own cost and expense, shall make or cause to be made such alterations and modifications in and additions to the Airframe and each Engine to the extent made mandatory for Lessee (or a sublessee) in respect of the Aircraft, Engines or Parts from time to time to meet the applicable standards of the FAA or under any Law of any Governmental Entity having jurisdiction or issued by the manufacturer of the Airframe, Engines or Parts.
The Agreement and this Lease Supplement relate to the Aircraft, Engines and Parts as more precisely described below and in the Certificate of Technical Acceptance.
The Aircraft shall be in as good operating condition as on the Delivery Date, with all of the Aircraft Engines, Appliances, Parts, equipment, components, and systems functioning in accordance with their intended use irrespective of deviations or variations authorized by the minimum equipment list or configuration deviation list.
The Servicer shall provide such legal services by using its in-house legal staff where it shall deem appropriate and shall authorize outside counsel to provide such legal services where it shall deem appropriate (including litigation) and in accordance with its practices with respect to aircraft and Aircraft Engines owned by it or its Affiliates (other than each Person within the Serviced Group).
