Desalination Plant General Contractor definition

Desalination Plant General Contractor means the contractor selected by MCWD, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4, that is able to provide the necessary design and construction services, including engineering, architecture, construction contracting, and contract administration, for the Desalination Plant.

  • General Contractor means a person or entity duly licensed in the state of Florida with the requisite skills, experience and credit worthiness to successfully provide the units required in the Application, and which meets the criteria described in Rule 67-48.0072, F.A.C.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract.   • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
