DeltaBase Subscribers definition

DeltaBase Subscribers means any Third Parties to whom Deltagen has granted, or will grant, a non-exclusive license and subscription to DeltaBase, and a non-exclusive license to, and supply of, Knockout Mice Materials pursuant to an agreement between Deltagen and such Third Party, under which such Third Party is obligated to pay to Deltagen certain [ * ] and [ * ] as well as certain [ * ] for certain products developed and commercialized as a result of such Third Party’s use of and access to DeltaBase and the Knockout Mice Materials provided to it by Deltagen under such agreement, and which fees and payments shall be [ * ] (including with respect to [ * ] and [ * ] and [ * ] and [ * ]) those set forth in this Agreement.

Examples of DeltaBase Subscribers in a sentence

  • DSL refers to a set of service-enhancing copper technologies that are designed to provide digital communications services over copper Loops either in addition to or instead of normal analog voice service, sometimes referred to herein as xDSL, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.

  • SDS means safety data sheets;

  • POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;

  • Interexchange Service means telecommunications service between stations in different exchange areas. Modification of Final Judgment, § IV(K), reprinted in United States v. Am. Tel. & Tel. Co., 552 F. Supp. 131, 229 (D.D.C. 1982) (defining "interexchange telecommunications" as "telecommunications between a point or points located in one exchange telecommunications area and a point or points located in one or more other exchange areas or a point outside an exchange area").

  • ICAV means an Irish collective asset-management vehicle registered pursuant to the Act. References to “the ICAV” shall be to the ICAV to which this Instrument relates.

  • Commercial Subscriber means a subscriber who causes the signals of TV channels to be heard or seen by any person for a specific sum of money to be paid by such person.

  • POS means point of sale.
