Delivery Volume definition

Delivery Volume shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.B(1).
Delivery Volume means the volume of Gas actually nominated and confirmed at the Delivery Point(s) by or on behalf of the Customer.
Delivery Volume means the daily volume of Gas scheduled and confirmed at the Points of Receipt less Shrinkage by or on behalf of Customer.

  • The Company will select the time period to net any imbalances with the monthly Daily Delivery Volume.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • VWAP Purchase Share Volume Maximum means a number of shares of Common Stock traded on the Principal Market during normal trading hours on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to: (i) the VWAP Purchase Share Estimate, divided by (ii) the VWAP Purchase Share Percentage (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction).

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.
