Delivery Year Clause Samples
The Delivery Year clause defines the specific 12-month period during which goods or services are to be delivered under the contract. Typically, this period is clearly stated in the agreement, such as running from January 1 to December 31, or it may be tied to a fiscal or project year. This clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of the timeline for performance, helping to prevent disputes over delivery deadlines and aligning expectations regarding when obligations must be fulfilled.
