Deliverable Credit definition

Deliverable Credit has the meaning given in Section 7.4.
Deliverable Credit means a credit applied against the Charges as a result of Supplier’s failure to meet a Milestone, which credit is specified in the Work Orders.
Deliverable Credit means the amount payable to Airbnb in the event Service Provider fails to deliver (i) a Critical Deliverable by the associated due date in accordance with the Statement of Work, (ii) complete a Transition Milestone by the associated Transition Milestone Due Date in accordance with the Transition Plan or (iii) complete a Transformation Milestone by the associated Transformation Milestone Due Date in accordance with the Transformation Plan.

Examples of Deliverable Credit in a sentence

  • To the extent a Service Level Credit, Deliverable Credit, or other credit may be due to DIR pursuant to this Agreement, Successful Respondent shall provide DIR with an appropriate credit against amounts then due and owing.

  • Payment of a Deliverable Credit does not limit District’s other remedies for Contractor’s delay or failure to provide a Deliverable or Final Deliverable or to meet a Key Milestone.

More Definitions of Deliverable Credit

Deliverable Credit means a monetary credit that Supplier shall pay to Voya Group in the event that Supplier fails to obtain Voya’s Acceptance of a Deliverable by the applicable Deliverable Completion Date.
