Dangerous Substances means any radioactive or other emissions and any natural or artificial substances (whether in solid or liquid form or in the form of a gas or vapour and whether alone or in combination with any other substance) capable (in each case) of causing harm to man or any other living organism or damaging the environment or public health or welfare including (without limitation) any controlled, special, hazardous, toxic, radioactive or dangerous waste whether or not such emission, substance or waste is referred to specifically in or regulated under any Environmental Law;
Hazardous Material means anything defined as a hazardous waste, hazardous substance, toxic substance, hazardous material, pollutant, or contaminant or similar term under an Environmental Law
Dangerous Substance means any natural or artificial substance (whether in a solid or liquid form or in the form of a gas or vapour and whether alone or in combination with any such other substance) capable of causing harm to the Environment or damaging the Environment or public health or welfare including any noxious, hazardous, toxic, dangerous, special or controlled waste or other polluting substance or matter.
Hazardous Materials means all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes and all hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and all other substances or wastes of any nature regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law.
Hazardous Substances means (a) any petroleum or petroleum products, radioactive materials, asbestos in any form that is or could become friable, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, dielectric fluid containing levels of polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas and mold; (b) any chemicals, materials, pollutant or substances defined as or included in the definition of “hazardous substances”, “hazardous waste”, “hazardous materials”, “extremely hazardous substances”, “restricted hazardous waste”, “toxic substances”, “toxic pollutants”, “contaminants”, “pollutants” or words of similar import, under any applicable Environmental Law; and (c) any other chemical, material or substance, the exposure to, or release of which is prohibited, limited or regulated by any governmental authority or for which any duty or standard of care is imposed pursuant to, any Environmental Law.

Contaminate means the addition of sediment, any other pollutant or waste, or any illicit or prohibited discharge.
Harmful substance means any substance which, if introduced into the sea, is liable to create hazards to human health, to harm living resources and marine life, to damage amenities or to interfere with other legitimate uses of the sea, and includes any substance subject to control by the present Convention.
Extremely Hazardous Substance has the meaning set forth in Section 302 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, as amended.
Contamination means the presence or release or threat of release of Regulated Substances in, on, under or emanating to or from the Stadium Site, which pursuant to Environmental Laws requires notification or reporting to any Governmental Authority, or which pursuant to Environmental Laws requires the identification, investigation, cleanup, removal, remediation, containment, control, abatement, monitoring of or other Response Action to such Regulated Substances or which otherwise constitutes a violation of Environmental Laws.
Hazardous Materials Contamination means contamination (whether now existing or hereafter occurring) of the improvements, buildings, facilities, personalty, soil, groundwater, air or other elements on or of the relevant property by Hazardous Materials, or any derivatives thereof, or on or of any other property as a result of Hazardous Materials, or any derivatives thereof, generated on, emanating from or disposed of in connection with the relevant property.
Dangerous animal means any animal that:
Hazardous Substance means any chemical, pollutant, waste or substance that is (a) listed, classified or regulated under any Environmental Law as hazardous substance, toxic substance, pollutant, contaminant or oil or (b) any petroleum product or by product, asbestos containing material, polychlorinated biphenyls or radioactive material.
Substances means any pollutant, contaminant, hazardous substance, hazardous material, hazardous waste or toxic waste, as defined in any presently enacted federal, state or local statute or any regulation that has been promulgated pursuant thereto. No part of any of the Leased Parcels has been listed or proposed for listing on the National Priorities List established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, or any corresponding list by any state or local authorities.
Hazardous Substance Activity means any storage, holding, existence, release, spill, leaking, pumping, pouring, injection, escaping, deposit, disposal, dispersal, leaching, migration, use, treatment, emission, discharge, generation, processing, abatement, removal, disposition, handling or transportation of any Hazardous Materials from, under, into or on any Mortgaged Property in violation of Hazardous Materials Laws, including the discharge of any Hazardous Materials emanating from any Mortgaged Property in violation of Hazardous Materials Laws through the air, soil, surface water, groundwater or property and also including the abandonment or disposal of any barrels, containers and other receptacles containing any Hazardous Materials from or on any Mortgaged Property in violation of Hazardous Materials Laws, in each case whether sudden or nonsudden, accidental or nonaccidental.
Dangerous weapon means any weapon, device, instrument, material or substance which under the circumstances in which it is used, attempted to be used or threatened to be used, is readily capable of causing death or serious physical injury.
Hazardous Material Activity means any activity, event or occurrence involving a Hazardous Material, including, without limitation, the manufacture, possession, presence, use, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, disposal, Release, threatened Release, abatement, removal, remediation, handling of or corrective or response action to any Hazardous Material.
contaminants pollutants" or words of similar import under any Environmental Law and (c) any other chemical or other material or substance, exposure to which is now or hereafter prohibited, limited or regulated under any Environmental Law.
Hazardous Materials”—any waste or other substance that is listed, defined, designated, or classified as, or otherwise determined to be, hazardous, radioactive, or toxic or a pollutant or a contaminant under or pursuant to any Environmental Law, including any admixture or solution thereof, and specifically including petroleum and all derivatives thereof or synthetic substitutes therefor and asbestos or asbestos-containing materials.
Friable asbestos material means any material that contains more than 1% asbestos by weight and that can be crumbled, pulverized, or reduced to powder, when dry, by hand pressure.
Contaminant means any waste, pollutant, hazardous substance, toxic substance, hazardous waste, special waste, petroleum or petroleum-derived substance or waste, asbestos in any form or condition, polychlorinated biphenyls ("PCBs"), or any constituent of any such substance or waste.
Dangerous dog means any dog that:

Hazardous substance UST system means an UST system that contains a hazardous substance defined in section 101(14) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (but not including any substance regulated as a hazardous waste under subtitle C) or any mixture of such substances and petroleum, and which is not a petroleum UST system.
Waste means any waste material (a) containing "by-product material" other than the tailings or wastes produced by the extraction or concentra- tion of uranium or thorium from any ore processed primarily for its "source material" content, and (b) resulting from the operation by any person or or- ganization of any "nuclear facility" included under the first two paragraphs of the definition of "nu- clear facility".
