Contaminants definition

Contaminants or "pollutants," or words of similar import, under any Environmental Law and (c) any other substance exposure to which is regulated under any Environmental Law.
Contaminants means any radioactive materials, asbestos materials, urea formaldehyde, underground or above ground tanks, pollutants, contaminants, deleterious substances, dangerous substances or goods, hazardous, corrosive or toxic substances, special waste or waste of any kind or any other substance the storage, manufacture, disposal, treatment, generation, use, transport, remediation or Release into the Environment of which is now or hereafter prohibited, controlled or regulated under Environmental Laws;
Contaminants has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(b).
