Dedicated Plants definition

Dedicated Plants means all present and future natural gas processing plants which are now or hereafter owned or controlled, in whole or in part, by Duke Energy or any of its Affiliates and located on the Dedicated Lands, including, without limitation, the natural gas processing plants described on the attached Exhibit B.

Examples of Dedicated Plants in a sentence

  • Customer has installed or shall cause to be installed and shall operate or cause to be operated, at its cost and expense, any facilities or equipment necessary to deliver the NGLs from the Dedicated Plants to the Delivery Points.

  • We will also look at the behavior of poverty levels and income inequality.

  • If a Dedicated Plant(s) is transferred, assigned, conveyed or otherwise disposed of, this Agreement shall be deemed a separate agreement covering the particular Dedicated Plant(s) so transferred, assigned, conveyed or otherwise disposed of.

  • If Processor so notifies Customer and shuts down all or a portion of Processor’s system, and declines to accept NGLs from a particular Dedicated Plant or Dedicated Plants, then such Dedicated Plant or such Dedicated Plants shall be released from this Agreement effective on the date that Processor so declines to accept NGLs from such Dedicated Plant or Dedicated Plants.

  • If Processor refuses to so amend this Agreement, then upon thirty (30) days notice to Processor, Customer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement with respect to only the volume of NGLs actually produced from such Dedicated Plant(s) which is in excess of 110% of the then-effective Estimated Production for such Dedicated Plant(s).

  • Subject to the provisions herein, Customer shall deliver to Processor all of the NGLs that Customer or its Affiliates Own or Control from the following plants (hereinafter the “Dedicated Plants”), such volume of NGLs from each Dedicated Plant estimated to be the following (the “Estimated Production”): Dedicated Plants BPD Axxxxxxxx 2,000 Canadian 2,200 Cargray 3,000 Kingsmill/Gxxx 2,500 Lefors 2,200 Sxxxxxxx 3,000 Total: 14,900 B.

  • Both will be discussed in turn, or is under common control with, in or upon the Dedicated Plants and in and to all other rights and appurtenances belonging or in any way pertaining to the Dedicated Plants.

  • For purposes of the Agreement, the term Dedicated Plant(s) shall be deemed to include the Wheeler Plant, except that the Xxxxxxx Plant shall not be included as an East Plant or West Plant and no provision in the Agreement referencing the Dedicated Plants shall apply to the Xxxxxxx Plant if such application would be inconsistent or in conflict with the terms and conditions of this Amendment.

Related to Dedicated Plants

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Plants means live plants and live parts of plants, including fresh fruit, vegetables and seeds;

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.
