Declarant Rights definition

Declarant Rights means the rights of the declarant in the Declaration for each Resort.

More Definitions of Declarant Rights

Declarant Rights means all rights of Grantor as Declarant pursuant to any Condominium Declaration (as defined in Section 6.1).
