Dissent Rights definition

Dissent Rights means the rights of dissent in respect of the Arrangement described in the Plan of Arrangement;
Dissent Rights has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.1;
Dissent Rights has the meaning specified in Section 3.1.
