Debt Service Reserve Guaranty definition

Debt Service Reserve Guaranty means that certain Constellation Debt Service Reserve Guaranty, dated as of December 2, 1996, made by Constellation Investments, Inc. in favor of Credit Suisse, New York Branch, for the benefit of the Lenders (as defined in the Credit Agreement).
