Aggregate Debt Service definition

Aggregate Debt Service means, with respect to any particular period of time, the sum of (a) the Debt Service, (b) the Mortgage Debt Service and (c) the Other Mezzanine Debt Service.
Aggregate Debt Service means, for any period, the aggregate amount of interest expense, principal amortization and other charges payable with respect to the Company’s outstanding borrowings and indebtedness, whether secured or unsecured, including all Loans, Senior Debt and Junior Debt.
Aggregate Debt Service means, for any particular period and for particular Bonds, the Debt Service Payments becoming due and payable on all Payment Dates during such period with respect to such Bonds.

Examples of Aggregate Debt Service in a sentence

  • For refunding a part of the Outstanding Bonds and paying costs of issuing such Additional Bonds, if after giving effect to the refunding the maximum amount of Aggregate Debt Service in each future fiscal year shall be less than the Aggregate Debt Service in each future fiscal year prior to giving effect to the refunding.

  • In the event that any of the Outstanding Bonds bear interest at a variable rate, such Bonds shall, for purposes of calculating Aggregate Debt Service, be assumed by the Board to bear interest at a fixed rate of interest equal to the greater of the actual rate of interest then borne by such variable rate Bonds or the Certified Interest Rate applicable thereto.

  • If the Additional Bonds are to be issued in whole or in part for refunding Outstanding Bonds, the maximum Aggregate Debt Service shall be determined by deducting from the principal and interest requirements for each operating year the annual Aggregate Debt Service Requirement of any Bonds to be refunded from the proceeds of the Additional Bonds.

  • If Lender consents it shall set forth the Aggregate Debt Service Coverage Ratio and the Aggregate Loan to Value Ratio which it estimates shall result from the addition of the proposed Additional Mortgaged Property.

  • Bonds for such purposes shall not be issued pursuant to this subparagraph (a) unless the actual or augmented Net Revenues of the System for the fiscal year of the System ending not more than 15 months prior to the sale of Additional Bonds shall be equal to at least one hundred twenty-five (125%) percent of the maximum Aggregate Debt Service Requirement in any current or future fiscal year on the Outstanding Bonds and on the Additional Bonds then being issued.


More Definitions of Aggregate Debt Service

Aggregate Debt Service means, for any particular period, Bonds and Auxiliary Obligations, the Debt Service Payments becoming due and payable on all Payment Dates during such period with respect to such Bonds and such Auxiliary Obligations.
Aggregate Debt Service for any period shall mean, as of any date of calculation and with respect to all Bonds issued under a respective Resolution the sum of the amounts of Debt Service for such period.

Aggregate Debt Service means, for all Sales Tax Secured Debt for such period, as of any date of calculation and with respect to any period, the sum of: (1) the interest falling due on such Sales Tax Secured Debt during such period (except to the extent that such interest is payable from the proceeds of such Sales Tax Secured Debt set aside for such purpose), and (2) the principal (or mandatory sinking fund or installment purchase price or lease rental or similar) payments or deposits required with respect to such Sales Tax Secured Debt during such period; computed on the assumption that no portion of such Sales Tax Secured Debt shall cease to be outstanding during such period except by reason of the application of such scheduled payments; provided that if interest on Sales Tax Secured Debt is payable pursuant to a variable interest rate formula, the interest rate on such Sales Tax Secured Debt for periods when the actual interest rate cannot be yet determined shall be assumed to be equal to the greater of (a) the current interest rate calculated pursuant to the provisions of such agreement or, (b) if available, the daily average interest rate on such Sales Tax Secured Debt during the preceding thirty-six (36) months preceding the date of calculation, (c) if such Sales Tax Secured Debt has not been outstanding for such 36-month period, such daily average interest rate on comparable debt of a state or political subdivision of a state which debt is then rated by a nationally recognized bond rating agency with a rating similar to the rating on such Sales Tax Secured Debt, or (d) the maximum rate established by any borrowing document authorizing the variable rate debt.
