Debt Financing Parties definition

Debt Financing Parties means the Debt Financing Sources and their respective Affiliates and the former, current, or future general or limited partners, shareholders, managers, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, advisors, and other representatives of each of the foregoing.
Debt Financing Parties means, collectively, the agents, arrangers, lenders and other entities that have committed to provide or arrange or otherwise entered into agreements in connection with all or any part of the Debt Financing.
Debt Financing Parties means, in its capacity as such, any lender providing a commitment pursuant to any Debt Commitment Letter and any Affiliate of any such lender.

Debt Financing Parties means the Debt Financing Entities and their respective Affiliates and their and their respective Affiliates’ officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and their respective successors and assigns; provided, that neither Parent nor any Affiliate of Parent shall be a Debt Financing Party.
Debt Financing Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.7.

Debt Financing Parties means the Persons, other than Parent, Sponsor or any of their respective Affiliates, from time to time that have committed to provide or arrange or otherwise entered into agreements in connection with the Financing, the Debt Commitment Letters or other financings in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including the Lenders and the parties to any joinder agreements, indentures or credit agreements entered pursuant thereto or relating thereto, together with their Affiliates, officers, directors, employees and representatives involved in the Financing or any Available Financing and their successors and assigns.
Debt Financing Parties means, collectively, (a) the Debt Financing Sources, (b) the Affiliates of the Debt Financing Sources and (c) all current and future limited partners, shareholders, managers, members, controlling Persons, officers, directors, principals, employees, consultants, agents and other representatives of each Person identified in the foregoing clauses (a) and (b) and, in each case, their respective successors and assigns.
Debt Financing Parties means the entities that have committed to provide or otherwise entered into agreements in connection with the Debt Financing, or to purchase securities from or place securities or arrange or provide loans for Parent in lieu of the Debt Financing under the Debt Commitment Letter, in connection with the Teton Merger, including the parties to the Debt Commitment Letter and any joinder agreements, engagement letters, purchase or underwriting agreements, indentures or credit agreements relating thereto (the “Debt Financing Entities”) and their respective representatives, successors and assigns; provided, that the Investors (in their capacities as such), Parent, Teton Merger Sub and each other Parent Restructuring Entity shall not be Debt Financing Parties.
Debt Financing Parties means (a) the Debt Financing Sources and their respective Affiliates and (b) Related Parties of the Persons identified in clause (a), in each case, in their respective capacities as such; provided, however, that in no event shall the Guarantor or any of its Affiliates or Representatives constitute Debt Financing Parties.
