CTL Property definition

CTL Property means a commercial property that is subject to a Credit Lease.
CTL Property means any Property details of which are set out in Schedule 7 of the CTL Agreement;
CTL Property means each Property indicated on Schedule I to be a Property with respect to which the related Buyer shall borrow funds from one or more institutional lenders to fund all or a portion of the Purchase Price therefor, which borrowing shall be secured by a first mortgage on such Property.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection 5.3 above, CTL’s Property shall remain the sole and exclusive property of CTL, and such CTL Property shall not be deemed to constitute Inventions.
