CPUC Application definition

CPUC Application means the Application for Authority to Sell and Transfer Indirect Control of Crimson California Pipeline, L.P. and San Pablo Bay Pipeline Company, LLC to be filed by X. Xxxxx and Parent following the Closing in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in accordance with Section 6.03, pursuant to which X. Xxxxx and Parent shall request approval from the CPUC pursuant to Section 854 of the PU Code in respect of the CPUC Approval Transactions.
