Court Holiday definition

Court Holiday refers to New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Day, Lincoln’s Birthday, Presidents Day, Xxxxx Xxxxxx Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. If the court holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it may be observed on Friday or Monday as directed.

Examples of Court Holiday in a sentence

  • If Wednesday is a Court Holiday, Contractor will perform the following tasks on the next Workday.

  • public holiday means any day that is a public holiday in terms of the Public Holiday Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994);

As soon as the Calculation Agent is aware of such an Unscheduled Holiday, they shall inform the Issuer promptly.
