Bulk Form definition

Bulk Form means (a) bulk active pharmaceutical ingredient, (b) with respect to biologics, bulk drug substance (whether formulated or not) of the applicable product, or (c) any pharmaceutical ingredient that as sold cannot be used or distributed without further processing, combination with other Active Components or inactive components or packaging into Dosage Form.
Bulk Form means an aggregation of (i) copies of all recorded documents received by the County Recorder for recording in a calendar day, week, month or year; (ii) the Indices for finding, retrieving, and viewing all recorded documents received by the County Recorder for recording in calendar day, week, month, or year; or (iii) both subdivisions (i) and (ii). The term includes Recorded Documents that have been appropriately watermarked by the County Recorder.
Bulk Form has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

Examples of Bulk Form in a sentence

  • Upon satisfaction of the payment provision selected in Section 3, the County Recorder, or designee, shall prepare the requested Bulk Form copies for transmission to Company.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Company, its agents, affiliates, employees, representatives, and associates shall not engage in any Prohibited Use of Bulk Form copies or Recorded Documents obtained from Bulk Form copies.

  • If Distributor selects the Bulk Form (as defined in Exhibit A) of the Product, in whole or in part, Distributor shall obtain all required marketing approvals (if any) from the FDA or its foreign equivalent in every country in which Distributor promotes, markets or sells the resulting products.

  • No later than ten (10) business days prior to the Closing Date, Purchaser shall file with the State of New Jersey, Division of Taxation (the “Division”), a Notification of Sale, Transfer, or Assignment in Bulk (Form C-9600), together with a copy of this Agreement.
