Park Agreement definition

Park Agreement means the Agreement for the Development of a Joint County Industrial and Business Park (2010 Park) dated as of December 1, 2010, between the County and Xxxxxxxx County, South Carolina, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Infrastructure Credit Act to the Company hereunder.

Park Agreement shall have the meaning given such term in the recitals of this Agreement.

Park Agreement means the 1994 Agreement for Development for Joint County Industrial/Business Park between the County and Union County, South Carolina, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Infrastructure Credit Act to the Company hereunder.

• The businesses and industries located in the Park must pay a fee in lieu of ad valorem taxes as provided for in the Park Agreement.
