County MOU definition

County MOU means that certain Memorandum of Understanding By and Among The Santa Xxxxxxxxx Water District, Cadiz, Inc., Xxxxxx Valley Mutual Water Company, and the County of San Bernardino (Related to County Ordinance for Desert Groundwater Management) dated May 11, 2012.
County MOU means any Memorandum of Understanding or other agreement entered into by and between the Tribe and Sonoma County, California, which contemplates payments by the Tribe to Sonoma County, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
County MOU means the Memorandum of Understanding between the Tribe and the County dated December 17, 2002.
