Council of Members definition

Council of Members means the decision-making organ of the International Olive Council;
Council of Members means the Council of Members, formally constituted in accordance with the constitution and presided over by the Chairman.
Council of Members or “Council” means the forum where Members will meet as determined in this MOI to preside over the functions of the Council of Members as set out in this MOI;

  • Structural member means any load-supporting member of a facility, such as beams and load-supporting walls, or any nonload-supporting member, such as ceilings and nonload-supporting walls.
