Corporate Reseller definition

Corporate Reseller means any Reseller who is appointed with the authority to appoint, hire or otherwise engage Independent Contractors as Master Resellers or General Resellers to their own Corporate Reseller Agreement with StreamTraX, in addition to their own efforts, for the purpose of marketing, sales and distribution of StreamTraX Products. Said sub-dealer to the Corporate Reseller shall be deemed a direct Master Reseller or direct General Reseller of the Products as stipulated and set forth by the Corporate Reseller Agreement and shall therefore be required to execute the Master Reseller Agreement or General Reseller Agreement, respectively.
