Upon such termination, the Contractor shall have no right to recover from SCS any actual, general, special, incidental, consequential, or any other damages whatsoever of any description or amount.
The foregoing provisions shall include, but not be limited to, any judgments, awards, settlements, reasonable attorney fees, and costs and expenses incurred by SCS in connection with the defense of any actual or threatened action, proceeding or claim.
Said termination shall not be deemed a breach of this Contract by SCS.
