Corporate Card definition

Corporate Card means the Card(s) issued to the staff, executives, directors or any other such persons authorized by an eligible corporate body.
Corporate Card means the American Express International Dollar or Euro Corporate Card issued to a Cardmember following completion of a Cardmember Application Form signed by the Cardmember and authorised by the Programme Administrator or other person authorised to approve such application on your behalf.
Corporate Card. All Corporate Cards issued by the policyholder or its subsidiaries/holdings or cooperation partners in the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) (currently: AirPlus Corporate Card, AirPlus Supreme Card, AirPlus Travel Expense Card, AirPlus Corporate Credit Card as well as the respective Private Card). Excluded thereof are all Cards issued by “card complete Service Bank AG” - hereafter “Corporate Card”

  • If your rejection notice complies with these requirements, this Arbitration provision and any other arbitration provisions in the cardmember agreements for any other currently open American Express accounts you have will not apply to you, except for Corporate Card accounts and any claims subject to pending litigation or arbitration at the time you send your rejection notice.

  • Exclude bank cards to corporations and small businesses (report in Corporate Card or Business Card, as appropriate).

  • Where the Card is subject to “Full Corporate Liability” as described in the “Liability for Charges” section of this Agreement and Your Company is responsible for centrally settling payment of your Account with us directly, we may give notice of changes to our Corporate Card programme to Your Company on your behalf and not to you personally.


More Definitions of Corporate Card

Corporate Card means a Central Bill Corporate Card, an Individual Bill Corporate Card or a Corporate Collect Card;
Corporate Card means any MasterCard Card issued by a corporation to its personnel for use.
