Corporate Assets definition

Corporate Assets means all tangible and intangible assets (intellectual properties such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, know-how, domains, right to use software, etc. ) owned by or could be disposed within rights of Party C during the term of this Agreement.
Corporate Assets means all Assets of DTE Energy or any other member of the DTE Energy Group to the extent relating to, arising out of or resulting from a general corporate matter of DTE Energy or any other member of the DTE Energy Group, including the Assets set forth on Schedule VII.
Corporate Assets means all assets, whether tangible or intangible and whether real, personal or mixed (including, without limitation, all capital and interest in other Corporations), at any time owned by any Corporation.

More Definitions of Corporate Assets

Corporate Assets means (without duplication):
Corporate Assets means any debt security, derivative or amalga- mation thereof issued by any corporation.
