DTE Energy Group definition

DTE Energy Group means DTE Energy and each of its Subsidiaries, but excluding any member of the DT Midstream Group.
DTE Energy Group has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Separation Agreement.
DTE Energy Group means DTE Energy and each of its Subsidiaries, but excluding any member of the DT Midstream Group. “DTE Energy Indemnitees” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02.

  • DTE Energy shall, and shall cause members of the DTE Energy Group to, allow DT Midstream and its agents and representatives, upon reasonable prior notice and during regular business hours, to examine and make copies of the relevant D&O Policies maintained by DTE Energy and members of the DTE Energy Group pursuant to this Section 8.05.

  • DTE Energy shall provide, and shall cause other members of the DTE Energy Group to provide, such cooperation as is reasonably requested by DT Midstream in order for DT Midstream to have in effect on and after the Distribution Date such new D&O Policies as DT Midstream deems appropriate with respect to claims relating to a period on or after the Distribution Date.

  • DTE Energy shall be entitled, in perpetuity, to control the assertion or waiver of all privileges and immunities in connection with any privileged Information that relates solely to the DTE Energy Business and not to the operations of the DT Midstream Business, whether or not the privileged Information is in the possession or under the control of any member of the DTE Energy Group or any member of the DT Midstream Group.

  • DTE Energy agrees that DTE Energy Policy Pre-Separation Insurance Claims of members of the DT Midstream Group shall receive the same priority as DTE Energy Policy Pre-Separation Insurance Claims of members of the DTE Energy Group and be treated equitably in all respects, including in connection with deductibles, retentions and coinsurance.

  • Generating Company means any company or body corporate or association or body of individuals, whether incorporated or not, or artificial juridical person, which owns or operates or maintains a generating station;

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • New Mexico Employee means any resident of the State of New Mexico employed by Contractor who performs the majority of the employee’s work for Contractor within the State of New Mexico, regardless of the location of Contractor’s office or offices; and

  • School Corporation means the Western Xxxxx County Community School Corporation of the County of Xxxxx of the State of Indiana;

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • DCP means disclosure controls and procedures;

  • Insurance holding company system means a group of two or more affiliated persons, at least one of whom is an insurer.
