copyright licence means a licence to do, or authorise the doing of, any of the acts restricted by copyright in relation to works of more than one author;
copyright licence means a licence to do, or authorise the doing of, any restricted act; "copyright owner" has the meaning given to it by section 8;
copyright licence means the agreement or other documentation provided by SPH that includes among other terms, the permitted scope of use of the Licensed Material selected, any limitations on the use of the Licensed Material and the licensee fee that corresponds to the use.
