If We do approve the use of a Non-Network Provider, that Provider may or may not accept the Member’s Copayment or Deductible at the time services are rendered.
The Plan Participant remains responsible for any applicable Copayment or Deductible Amount and Coinsurance percentage shown in the Schedule of Benefits.
