Contracts, Plans and Specs means all construction and other contracts, plans, drawings, specifications, surveys, soil reports, engineering reports, inspection reports, and other technical descriptions and reports.

Contracts, Plans and Specs means the Plans and Specifications and all other contracts, plans, drawings, specifications, surveys, soil reports, engineering reports, inspection reports, and other technical descriptions and reports. Related to Contracts, Plans and Specs

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.
