Contracts, Plans and Specs definition

Contracts, Plans and Specs means all construction and other contracts, plans, drawings, specifications, surveys, soil reports, engineering reports, inspection reports, and other technical descriptions and reports.

Contracts, Plans and Specs means all construction and other contracts, plans, drawings, specifications, surveys, soil reports, engineering reports, inspection reports, and other technical descriptions and reports owned by Seller relating to the Hotel.

Related to Contracts, Plans and Specs

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Construction Contract means the agreement(s) entered into between the Company and the Construction Contractor(s) for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, completion, start-up, testing, and Commissioning of the Facility, and also includes any amendment to such agreement(s) made from time to time;

  • Ground Leases Those certain leases with respect to real property that is a portion of the Leased Property, pursuant to which Landlord is a tenant and which leases have either been approved by Tenant or are in existence as of the date hereof and listed on Schedule A hereto.
