Contracts, Plans and Specs means all construction and other contracts, plans, drawings, specifications, surveys, soil reports, engineering reports, inspection reports, and other technical descriptions and reports.

Contracts, Plans and Specs means the Plans and Specifications and all other contracts, plans, drawings, specifications, surveys, soil reports, engineering reports, inspection reports, and other technical descriptions and reports. ''Deposits'' shall mean, to the extent assignable, all prepaid rents and deposits (including, without limitation, any reserves for capital repairs and/or improvements), including, but not limited to, refundable security deposits and rental deposits and all other deposits for advance reservations, banquets or future services, made in connection with the use or occupancy of the Improvements, all reserves for replacement of FF&E, reserves for real property taxes and insurance and utility deposits, credit for which shall be given to the Interest Owners to the extent hereinafter provided.

Examples of Contracts, Plans and Specs in a sentence

  • To the extent not previously delivered to and in the possession of Buyer, all Contracts, Plans and Specs, all keys for the Hotel (which keys shall be properly tagged for identification), all Records, including, without limitation, all Warranties, Licenses, Leases, FF&E Leases and Service Contracts for the Hotel.

  • The assignment shall also be a general assignment and shall provide for the assignment of all of Seller’s right, title and interest in all Records, Warranties, Licenses, Tradenames, Contracts, Plans and Specs and all other intangible Personal Property applicable to the Hotel, including Seller’s construction contract with the Contractor.

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Service Contracts means contracts or agreements, such as maintenance, supply, service or utility contracts.

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Hotel Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(d).

  • Architect’s Contract means Lessee's contract with the Project Architect.

  • Personal Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

  • Initial Contracts means those Contracts conveyed to the Trust on the Closing Date.

  • Tenant Leases means leases, subleases, licenses or other use agreements between Seller and tenants with respect to Real Property, if any.

  • Space Leases means any Lease or sublease thereunder (including, without limitation, any Major Space Lease) or any other agreement providing for the use and occupancy of a portion of the Property as the same may be amended, renewed or supplemented.

  • Real Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7(b).

  • Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.

  • New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).

  • Assumed Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • Seller Contracts means all Contracts (i) relating to the Business under which Seller has or may acquire any rights or benefits, (ii) relating to the Business under which Seller has or may become subject to any obligation or Liability or (iii) by which any of the Purchased Assets or Assumed Liabilities is or may become bound.

  • FF&E Leases means all leases of any FF&E and other contracts permitting the use of any FF&E at the Improvements that are assumed by Buyer.

  • Acquired Contracts has the meaning given in Section 2.1(a).

  • New Leases means, collectively, any lease for space at the Property entered into between the Commencement Date and the Closing Date.

  • Material Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a).

  • Real Property Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(b).

  • Assigned Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c).

  • Operating Leases means all real or personal property leases under which any Company is bound or obligated as a lessee or sublessee and which, under GAAP, are not required to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Company; provided that Operating Leases shall not include any such lease under which any Company is also bound as the lessor or sublessor.

  • Ground Leases Those certain leases with respect to real property that is a portion of the Leased Property, pursuant to which Landlord is a tenant and which leases have either been approved by Tenant or are in existence as of the date hereof and listed on Schedule A hereto.

  • Design-build contract means a single contract with a Design-Build Firm for the design and construction of a public construction project.
