Contingent Right definition

Contingent Right means a right under this Schedule 5 which is not a Firm Right and which is subject to the fulfilment of all competing Exercised Firm Rights and any additional contingency specified in this Schedule 5;
Contingent Right means the right of Liberty HSN to receive the Contingent Shares pursuant to the Merger Agreement.

Contingent Right means a right under this Schedule 5 (The Services and the Specified Equipment) which is not a Firm Right and which is subject to the fulfilment of all Access Proposals in respect of competing Firm Rights and any additional contingency specified in this Schedule 5 (The Services and the Specified Equipment);
