Examples of Unasserted Contingent Obligations in a sentence
Any balance of such Proceeds remaining after the Secured Obligations (other than Unasserted Contingent Obligations) have been paid in full, shall be paid over to the Borrower or to whomsoever may be lawfully entitled to receive the same.
Until the Obligations (other than Unasserted Contingent Obligations) shall have been paid and performed in full, the rights of each Secured Party shall continue even if the Obligations are barred for any reason, including, without limitation, the running of the statute of limitations or bankruptcy.
This power of attorney is coupled with an interest and shall be irrevocable for the term of this Agreement and thereafter as long as any of the Obligations shall be outstanding (except for Unasserted Contingent Obligations).
This Agreement and the Security Interest shall terminate on the date on which all Obligations have been paid in full or have been satisfied or discharged in full (except for Unasserted Contingent Obligations).
Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, and except as otherwise provided by Applicable Law, all rights of the Grantors to indemnity, contribution, reimbursement or subrogation under Applicable Law or otherwise shall be fully subordinated to the payment in full in cash of the Secured Obligations (other than Unasserted Contingent Obligations).
