The Incident Cap Access Charge Supplement shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula: Incident Cap Access Charge Supplement = CMCP x ICACSR where: CMCP means the sum of the Contract Miles operated in a Charging Period; and ICACSR means the Incident Cap Access Charge Supplement Rate.
