Contacting Officer definition

Contacting Officer in the clauses incorporated herein above shall refer to the Government Contacting Officer for the prime contact; provided, further that all references to the clause entitled "Disputes" shall be deemed deleted. Copies of such FAR clauses and information as to the Cognizant Contracting Officer shall be furnished by Buyer to Seller upon request.

Contacting Officer means Buyer or Contracting Officer. "Government" shall not mean Buyer except in paragraph (c) where it means Buyer or government. Seller shall send simultaneously to Buyer a xxx of each notification and report sent to the Contracting Officer.
