Consultant’s Report definition

Consultant’s Report means the report dated on or about July 2000 from the Consultant addressed to Chase Manhattan plc and TD Securities in relation to the 10 year business plan of UPC Distribution.
Consultant’s Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.13(C).

Consultant’s Report means a report signed by an Independent Consultant, which report shall include:
