The found Constellations are stored with their fitness and social distance together with its Constellation Members.
In order to estimate the effects of changes in college costs (or wages) it is necessary to use the value functions for each of these types to compute the responses for each type, and then construct a suitably weighted average over types.
Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
