  • Seller shall take all necessary steps including, but not limited to, making or supporting timely filings with the CEC to obtain and maintain CEC Certification and Verification for the Facility throughout the Delivery Term, including compliance with all applicable requirements for certified facilities set forth in the current version of the RPS Eligibility Guidebook (or its successor).

  • Within one hundred eighty (180) days after the Commercial Operation Date, Seller shall obtain and maintain throughout the remainder of the Delivery Term the final CEC Certification and Verification.

  • Seller shall obtain CEC Precertification by the Commercial Operation Date.

  • Within thirty (30) days after the Commercial Operation Date, Seller shall apply with the CEC for final CEC Certification and Verification.
