CONSENT OF MASTER LESSOR. This Sublease is made and entered into with the full knowledge and agreement of Master Lessor which, by executing this sublease in the space below, hereby accepts this Sublease. By consenting to this Sublease, Master Lessor agrees to give Sublandlord notification of any breach of the Master Lease which might reasonable be expected to effect Subtenant's use of the Premises. This consent shall apply to this Sublease only, and shall not be deemed Master Lessor's consent to any other sublease.

  • Consent of the Partners means the Consent of Partners, other than the Preferred Limited Partners, holding Percentage Interests that in the aggregate are equal to or greater than a majority of the aggregate Percentage Interests of all Partners, other than the Preferred Limited Partners, which Consent shall be obtained prior to the taking of any action for which it is required by this Agreement and may be given or withheld by such Partners, in their sole and absolute discretion.
