Conference Week means June 5, 2022 through and

Cancellation of Exhibit Booth, Hospitality Suite, Publisher’s Library Tabletop or Corporate Poster On or before September 1, 2021, company will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of total paid. After September 1, 2021, no refunds.

Related to Conference Week

  • Conference means all activities associated with any functions, room rentals, and/or meals on the dates indicated, that are the subject of this Agreement, as described on the Standard Agreement Coversheet form.
