To the extent this Agreement constitutes a contract for goods or services for which a written verification is required under Section 2274.002, Texas Government Code, (as added by Senate Bill 13, 87th Texas Legislature, Regular Session) as amended, the Owner hereby verifies that it and its parent company, wholly- or majority- owned subsidiaries, and other affiliates, if any, do not boycott energy companies and, will not boycott energy companies during the term of this Agreement.
Employees may elect to work six (6) weeks or three (3) weeks as indicated on the Summer Term/Super Session Employment Preference Form.
Applicants will complete the “Summer Term/Super Session Employment Preference Form” (Appendix F) and return it to the school principal no later than seven (7) days prior to the last student day of the school year/track.
Contractor enters into an agreement with a Participating Provider to provide short term counseling for the Covered Person; and reimburses the Participating Provider for each Session.
Session days shall include student contact days and other days when teachers are in attendance, such as in- service days and curriculum preparation days.
